Key Responsibilities

Manage daily field operations on commercial construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors and onsite construction activities
Maintain project schedules and milestone completion
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Conduct daily site inspections and quality control reviews
Coordinate material deliveries and equipment logistics
Lead subcontractor meetings and safety briefings
Resolve field issues in collaboration with Project Managers
Monitor workforce productivity and project progress
Maintain project documentation and daily reports
Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
Support project turnover and closeout activities
Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and inspectors
Promote a positive and safe jobsite culture

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Construction Management education preferred
7+ years of commercial construction field leadership experience
Experience leading projects exceeding $20 million
Strong understanding of commercial construction methods
Excellent scheduling and coordination skills
Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Experience reading construction drawings and specifications
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously
Proficiency with Procore and construction technology platforms
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Commitment to quality and client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

OSHA 30 Certification
Experience with healthcare or institutional construction
First Aid and CPR certification
Design-build project experience
LEED project experience
Experience delivering negotiated commercial projects
