The firm advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, strategic alternatives, and corporate finance transactions across a diverse range of industries. Associates play an integral role throughout the transaction lifecycle, working directly with senior bankers while gaining meaningful client exposure and significant responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions
Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses
Prepare confidential information memoranda and marketing materials
Conduct industry, company, and market research
Assist in due diligence coordination
Build comparable company and precedent transaction analyses
Prepare management presentations and client meeting materials
Coordinate transaction timelines with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in client meetings and management presentations
Analyze financial statements and operating performance
Support capital raising and strategic advisory engagements
Maintain transaction databases and deal documentation
Mentor Analysts on financial modeling and presentation development
Collaborate with senior bankers throughout transaction execution

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3+ years of investment banking experience
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Experience supporting live M&A transactions
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Knowledge of DCF, LBO, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple live transactions simultaneously
High attention to detail
Strong work ethic and client-service mindset
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced finance degree
FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses
Experience within a middle-market investment bank
Industry sector specialization
Exposure to private equity transactions
Previous mentoring or leadership experience
