Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leaders on financial planning and analysis
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Analyze financial performance against strategic objectives
- Prepare monthly management reports and executive presentations
- Build financial models supporting operational initiatives
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Provide financial guidance for new business initiatives
- Support strategic planning and long-term forecasting
- Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close
- Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics
- Assist with capital investment evaluations
- Recommend process improvements and reporting enhancements
- Support executive leadership with ad hoc financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate finance or FP&A experience
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience partnering with non-financial stakeholders
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to influence decision-making through data-driven analysis
- Experience with ERP and planning systems
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree
- CPA or CFA designation
- Experience within financial services or corporate finance
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
- Experience supporting executive leadership
- Background in strategic planning initiatives
