Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Develop long-range financial planning models
Analyze monthly financial performance and key business metrics
Prepare executive-level financial reporting and presentations
Partner with department leaders on budgeting and strategic planning
Identify trends, risks, and business opportunities through financial analysis
Build and maintain complex financial models
Support capital planning and investment analysis
Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency
Assist with board and leadership reporting packages
Monitor key performance indicators and financial benchmarks
Mentor and develop junior finance team members
Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Experience with ERP and financial planning systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience partnering with operational leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen
Leadership experience preferred
High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree
CPA or CFA designation
Experience within financial services
Power BI or Tableau experience
Experience leading budgeting for multi-entity organizations
Exposure to mergers and acquisitions analysis
